ICTM Math Contest
Northern Illinois University
February 23, 2013

Region 13, Divisions 3AA and 4AA

The coordinators of the contest are Kitty Holland and Anders Linnér, ictm@math.niu.edu, (815) 753-9297 or (815) 753-6761.

Participating schools should submit the names of students and their contest assignments online at the ICTM web site by noon, Friday, February 15.

As of noon, Thursday, February 21, it will be possible to make minor last-minute changes in the rosters via this web site until noon, Friday, February 22. Print a copy of your roster from that site and note necessary changes on the bus the morning of the contest. Sign and hand the final roster to the organizers when you arrive.

Names of the presenter and helper in the Oral competition, along with the other competitions in which they are participating, must be e-mailed to ictm@math.niu.edu by noon, Monday, February 11. Any changes in the oral competition entries after February 11 will require the organizers' permission. The schedule of oral competition times will not be altered to accommodate those late changes.

Each Division AA school is expected to provide two adults, besides the coach, to assist the host institution with proctoring and administering tests. It is helpful, but not necessary, that they be mathematics teachers.

Please visit our regular Web server for other Math Department information, including directions on getting to NIU. You should park in either the Field House parking (Lot 20), Lot 38 or the Pay Lot (which will be free) as on the parking map. Do not park in a reserved spot!

Please remind your students that they are guests here and proper behavior is expected.

Coffee and donuts will be available for the coaches and proctors in DU328. Snacks can be purchased from 11:00 to 1:00 pm in the DugOut.
