The Mathematics Emporium is in Graham Hall room 235. This is a computer lab which contains 95 PCs and is staffed by faculty members and teaching assistants under the supervision of the director: Lance Vobornik. The lab is for the sole use of students enrolled in MATH 110, College Algebra and MATH 155, Trigonometry and Elementary Functions. The format of this course is unlike the other courses offered by the department. Students meet in a large lecture section once each week and then work at their own pace on a computerized program which is designed to increase their skills in these important courses.
The schedule for the emporium can be found here.
