From Interstate 88: Take the DeKalb Annie Glidden Road exit, mile 91.5 (if coming from Chicago, do not exit on Peace Road, mile 94). Drive about 1.6 mi. north on Annie Glidden. After passing under the railway bridge, turn right on Rte. 38 (Lincoln Highway).
From Interstate 39 via Rte. 38: Exit I-39 at Rte. 38 and go east for about 14 miles to the Annie Glidden Rd. intersection. Continue ahead through the lights on Annie Glidden.
Finally, in either case, drive east on Rte. 38 for about half a mile, and turn left on Carroll Avenue (just past MacDonald's and Pizza Hut). The visitors' parking lot will be on your left.
For GPS users: the Annie Glidden exits on I-88 are near 41.9028, -88.77415; Rte. 38 (Lincoln Hwy.) at Annie Glidden is at 41.931, -88.7723; the visitor parking lot entrance is at 41.93261, -88.76718; Watson Hall is at 41.93383, -88.76988.
The tallest building on campus, with a pyramid roof, is the Holmes Student Center. If you are staying in the Visitors' Center (located in Holmes), you may want to walk there first to check in. The Math Department, in Watson Hall, is three minutes' walk away.
From the parking lot you will see Zulauf Hall, a tall box-like brick building. Walk towards its left side.
Watson Hall is next to Zulauf, to the left (viewed from the lot). Climb 3 flights of stairs (or take the elevator to level 3R), and you'll be in the Math Department.
Statistics Division is in DuSable Hall, which is adjacent to Watson Hall but on the side opposite to where Zulauf is. Follow the instructions above and then head away from the Math Department main office and through an indoor walkway connecting Watson with DuSable.
