Mathematics in the Mid-West

This page is an attempt to gather in one place information of particular interest to mathematicians in the region. Our goal is to provide up-to-date links to Web servers in nearby Mathematics departments and other institutions where mathematical research activity of note is found. We are reasonably confident that this list will remain here in the foreseeable future, and that it will be regularly updated and verified for accuracy; please make a link to it on your Web server if you feel it might be useful to you.

This page could be useful as a "one-stop shopping" spot for interesting seminars within a reasonable driving distance. We are arbitrarily limiting the scope to a distance of a few hundred miles from Chicago, with some exceptions for institutions with a particularly active research/seminar program. We apologize for being unable to maintain a listing of all departments within the region.
