There will be an informal meeting at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, on the occasion of Bill Gragg's 70th birthday. These pages will be updated periodically with additional information on the meeting.

Conference Dates: Talks will begin Friday, November 3 at 10:00 am, and will continue through Saturday, November 4. There will be no talks on Sunday. The talks will be in Spanagel Hall Room 231.

Here is a map of the NPS campus. Spanagel Hall is the tallest building on campus and also the first building you will see when you come in the main gate. Here is a printable version of the meeting program.

Evening Meals: We are planning a group meal on Friday evening at Chef Lee's Mandarin House, and on Saturday evening at Amir's Kabob House. Those attending either or both meals should send e-mail to Greg Ammar beforehand if at all possible. The cost of Friday's meal is 25 USD, and Saturday's meal will be approximately 30 USD. Payment for the meals can be made at the conference, either in cash or with a personal check drawn on a US bank payable to "Greg Ammar".
