This is question from my take-home topology final (it was due
yesterday).

Prove that the product of a locally compactHausdorff space and
a compactly generate Hausdorff space is compactly generated.
A space X is compactly generated if each U is open in X iff
U is open in each compact subset of X.

No one I spoke to has come up with a correct solution.
