Try "Factorization and Primality Testing" by David M. Bressoud,
Springer-Verlag, 1989 (ISBN 0-387-97040-1).

It is part of Springer's "Undergraduate Texts in Mathematics"
series, and I think it is an excellent text. Plenty of references
for more advanced views of the topics, too.
