I was expecting that some logic specialsts would anser you, but
I've seen no answers, so I when last in the library I looked and 
found recent issues of both journals.  

AML is published by Springer, and the copy I saw mentioned the website

I spent a gew moments looking there and found

APAL is published by North-Holland, and the copy I saw mentioned

Looking there I found
