The distribution list:
cube-lovers@ai.mit.edu distributes a lot of current and new
information on the rubiks cube group well as other things.  There is
an archive for this dl, however  there is such a quantity of  material
I have yet to piece together a coherent picture. My best reference for
symbology is the now very old David Singmaster pamphlet on solving the
cube which I used in my page
