There are some books that I have read, directly related to the subject, with brief comments: 1. E.Peters "Chaos and Order in Capital Markets" Considered to be the bible of chaos-in-market researchers. Very inspiring. I recommend you read it first. 2. E.Peters "Fractal Market Analysis" Logical continuation of the first book, some repetitions, not as many good ideas. 3. R.Trippi "Chaos & Nonlinear Dynamics in the Financial Markets" Excellent collection of scientific articles by different authors. Lots of math. Lots to try and test. My favorite book among the five. 4. B.Mandelbrot "Fractals and Scaling in Finance" Very hard to read. Not very well organized. I expected much more. 5. B. Williams "Trading Chaos" Garbage, from the point of view of someone studying chaos in finance. ================================================================ Eugene Kononov Visual Recurrence Analysis Page Email: eugenek@ix.netcom.com http://pw1.netcom.com/~eugenek ================================================================
