The DVI file differs from the printed file for some reason.

Pg 6: Figure  1  is supposed to be a commutative cube.

Pg 8: I couldn't find the left-diamond symbol for [normal]

Pg 12: Figure 2 is supposed to look like 2 diamonds joined by a horizontal bar.

(There may have been some other hand-beautifications of diagrams;
I don't remember)
