In fact, it is in the notes to the chapter on Sylver Coinage. (Like S.C., Chomp is a game which in the natural presentation is trivial with normal play and difficult with misere play, so one makes the misere play look more natural by poisoning the last choccy, or the one-unit coin.) Their table of winning first moves for rectangles doesn't go all that far, but does include the 10x8 rectangle, for which there are two different winning first moves.
