Manuscripts can be submitted to any editor of the Journal. Submission of a manuscript implies that the manuscript has not been published any where, and will not be considered for publication simultaneously elsewhere.
Manuscripts should be in their final form and be prepared in English using TeX, preferably LaTeX2e. The first page of a manuscript should contain a short descriptive title (without mathematical symbols), the name(s) of the author(s), and then a non-technical abstract not exceed 200 words. The abstract should be readable independently of the rest of the manuscript and adequately describe the content of the manuscript. It should be followed by the Mathematical Subject Classification Number for the primary subject (and those for the secondary subjects if any) of the manuscript. A list of these numbers can be found in the annual subject index to the Mathematical Reviews and are available online at http://www.ams.org/msc/. The institutional affiliation and complete address (including e-mail address if possible) of each author should appear at the very end of the manuscript.
The list of references should be in alphabetical order and at the end of the manuscript. Use the standard abbreviations of journals, etc., as shown in the annual index to Mathematical Reviews.
It is recommended that manuscripts are submitted electronically, in PDF- or PS-format; however, please consult the editor to whom a manuscript is going to be submitted. Upon acceptance of a manuscript, the author(s) will be asked to provide the TeX file of the manuscript together with the PS-files of the graphs used, if any, and sign a copyright transfer form.
